3 Reasons Why The World Is Getting Fatter

3 Reasons Why The World Is Getting Fatter TV, Pharmaceutical Medicine and Junk Food are Making you Fat Getting fatter is all about storing fat in your body. Losing it is about being active and eating the right food so that you burn it. Nutrition and exercises are the only way you can lose weight. No magic pill will do this for you, and no specific low carb high protein or low fat high carb or low high whatever is going to work here. You can actually eat a lot of fatty food such as nuts, avocados, extra virgin olive oil and such and remain lean all your life. Here Are 3 Prime Reason why the World is Getting Obese Kids are becoming lazier and lazier. These days kids do not run around so much in the play ground any more. Instead they sit in front of the TV or the computer and play games. When you think about it back in the 70’s there were no electronic games and if you look at the ratio of fat and obese people in our world you will find it was much lower. Our children have many teasers to stay at home and not move, and in addition to their static position in front of the screen they have a big fat bucket of chips, popcorn or any other fatty unhealthy food they eat. Food companies encourage us to eat fat. If you go to the supermarket you will find tones of types of snacks in bags that you can buy for under a dollar each. These bags can keep a child’s and even an adult’s stomachs happy for quite some time so they do not require any real food. When they get hungry again they just open another bag. It is tasty, cheap and fulfilling. Great. What a lure to eat junk. If these people would know the cellular damage this type of food does inside their body they would never ever spend their money on cheap junk food. Now. The healthy food cost more, and that is a problem to a lot of people. Here in New Zealand 100 grams of raw pecans, cashew nuts, hazel nuts, almond etc… cost anywhere between $2.50 to $5.00 Imagine that – $5 whole dollars for just 100 grams of raw pecans. No wonder most people go for the cheep 100 gram chippies bag. Pharmaceutical companies use a lot of ways to keep us all sick. And I say this after a comprehensive research, believe me. It is a well oiled system where you go to the doctor with some illness or pain, your doc. will check you up and subscribe you with some medicine to take. You will then go to your local pharmacy and buy that and give your money to the big pharmaceutical companies. These drugs you take have a lot of side effects on your body, and all in all reduce your immune system. Once your immune system is down you are more likely to get sick of almost anything. You will then go to see your doc. and they will subscribe with another medicine… etc. I know a lot of old people who are blindly rely on pharmaceutical medicine for their health. Not a lot of people know that the best medicine for any illness is nutrition, problem is that your family doctor do not have the knowledge to subscribe you with… ahhm, nutrition rather than drugs. All the chemicals in the drugs you are taking over the years are an incredible encouragement for your body to store fat Post any questions or comments below this article, I am checking any comments daily and replies to them. Use Your Sushi Machine To Craft These Signature Rolls

Use Your Sushi Machine To Craft These Signature Rolls The acquisition of a sushi machine would be sure to fire any sushi lover with enthusiasm to begin crafting his or her own creations. For inspiration, a look at some of the designer rolls of American sushi chefs might help. One of the best-known items of sushi, the California Roll is, as its name suggests, an American innovation. Distinguished by the rice being on the outside of the roll, this traditionally features a filling of crabstick, avocado and cucumber. Until recently, the roll was mostly unheard of by the Japanese. Chef Ichiro Mashita, an early Japanese import to Los Angeles’s budding sushi scene, invented the California roll. In his tenure at the Tokyo Kaikan sushi bar, he soon became aware of the way Americans responded to sushi. Observing their reluctance to eat seaweed, he hid it by cleverly placing a layer of rice on the outside of the roll. With American food restrictions on the consumption of raw fish, he began playing around with replacements. He was impressed with the avocado’s properties. When crabstick was added to the combination, the world-famous California roll was born. This innovation lead to further deviations, such as the Boston Roll, which uses poached shrimp in the place of crabmeat. A speciality on the East Coast of America is the Tampa Roll. Its key ingredient is fried grouper, something that might not be available if you live outside of Florida. The succulent tempura batter distinguishes it, and the combination is rounded off with scallions and mayo. Sometimes, what amounts to the same roll can bear different names, depending on the region you find yourself in. The Philadelphia Roll is popular and relatively well-known, but when you get to the north-west of the United States, you will be surprised to learn that the same delicious set of ingredients, salmon, cream cheese and cucumber, also goes by the name of Seattle Roll. Asparagus is an optional extra. One would expect a roll that bears the name Rainbow roll to be visually attractive. Based roughly on the California roll, it is made of different varieties of fish sashimi. It often features salmon as well as tuna, plus a third choice which could be halibut, sea bass or red snapper. Avocado adds color and taste to the whole and for garnish and crunchy variety, sesame seeds and Daikon sprouts are incorporated. Sushi is a culinary art form where rice forms the canvas and fish and vegetables make up the paints. Unleash your own muse of inspiration now that you own a sushi machine to take the struggle out of sushi.…

Although it takes some time to learn the skill of making perfectly cylindrical shapes of sushi rolls, it is better to practice. Before you begin to practice the art of rolling sushi into cylinders, you should learn to cook proper rice for sushi. The rice used is usually white and short-grained. Usually sushi rice takes about an hour to make, including the time to clean the rice and for the rice to absorb water. A most common mistake while making sushi rice, is that the rice is not cleaned properly or soaked in water for not enough time as needed. Sushi rolls will not be good if the sushi rice is not of high quality and not cooked properly. Another mistake people usually make is that they use flavored nori. Although it is an interesting option, but it alters the taste of sushi. Therefore, high quality unflavored nori is recommended to make good sushi. Black nori is used in a lot of sushi recipes. The use of superior and high quality ingredients can prove to be very expensive, especially if you are just learning and practicing with your bamboo sushi mat. Innovating Eating With Conveyor Sushi

Innovating Eating With Conveyor Sushi Conveyor belt sushi was sort of destined to come from Japan. The idea of a conveyor belt based restaurant at all, pretty much had to come first in the form of Asian restaurants. Japan, the homeland of sushi, in particular has been innovating restaurant presentation for many years. They have made moves to incorporate elaborate interactive shows and technologies in an effort to make the dining experience more fulfilling not just in flavors but in a full on sensory immersion. This has lead to theatrical restaurants that incorporate hyper specific personal aesthetic tastes in culture and tone, from goth themes to abstract futurism into the dining experience. These quirky places can be seen pretty regularly on the Food Network and Travel Channel where this kind of cultural tourism has picked up a lot of steam. The conveyor belt sushi restaurant is a different variation on the same effort to innovate. Practical eating is often viewed as a very American idea. The assembly line first utilized by the Ford Motor Company in the production of cars is of course the place that the conveyor belt it’s self first gained a foothold on the consciousness of the world. Food service integrated the idea of an assembly line with the innovations of Ray Kroc’s McDonald’s. Conveyor belt sushi takes the assembly line out from the production part of the business and into the consumption part, while offering a far healthier food option than calorie packed grease patties and french fries. The fun of conveyor sushi is in the speed with which everything moves and in the ability of the customer to define their own eating experience, making choices in a new-fangled à la carte sort of way. You get to experience the visual pleasure of a wide variety of sushi as well. This works particularly well for the food as it is made to captivate the eye as well as the taste buds. The clever blending of fish, rice, fruits and vegetables all artfully arranged in tightly designed individual pieces makes the food colorful and unique. No two pieces of sushi are really ever exactly the same. The cleverness of Asian restaurants like these conveyor sushi ones are truly bringing a new spin to dining world wide. I have in recent years seen these sorts of places popping up in restaurants and shopping malls as well as the more cosmopolitan world’s of large business center cities from coast to international coast. It is quite possibly the next leap in eating out, and it is here right now!…
